Financial insolvency of Flehen Travel B.V.

20-03-2026 – On 19-03-2026, Flehen Travel B.V. (“Flehen”), located in ’t Harde (Chamber of Commerce number 75939878), also operating under the trade names Loopend Vuurtje and Cruise2Travel, was declared bankrupt by the District Court of Gelderland.

Trips booked before 01-11-2025

If you booked with Flehen B.V. before 01-11-2025 and paid (part of) the travel sum in advance, you may be able to make a claim under the VZR Garant Guarantee Scheme. Your booking confirmation (agreement) and your invoice must state that the VZR Garant guarantee applies. The Guarantee Scheme explains what the guarantee covers and when you are eligible for compensation. Payments made to Flehen on or after 14-03-2026 will not be reimbursed by VZR Garant.

It is not yet possible to submit a claim
At this time, it is not yet possible to submit a claim. We are currently gathering all necessary information. As soon as it becomes possible to submit a claim, this will be announced on our website, which is expected to be in a few weeks. Claims can only be submitted via our website. It is not possible to submit a claim by email or by telephone.

Trips booked on or after 01-11-2025

All package travels, linked travel arrangements, and separate travel services booked with Flehen on or after 01-11-2025 are not covered by the VZR Garant guarantee scheme. More information can be found in our earlier news announcement. For trips booked on or after 01-11-2025, a claim can be submitted to the bankruptcy trustee. You can find the trustee's details in the Central Insolvency Register. It is not possible to submit a claim to VZR Garant.
